The new 2008 2009 Dodge Stratus Coupe has three engines a 2.4L 4 cylinder
SOHC 16V engine (included with the Stratus Coupe SXT) or the 3.0L
V6 SOHC 24V engine which is standard on the Stratus Coupe R/T
model. The new Stratus Coupe comes with your choice of a 5 speed
manual transmission (standard on 2008 2009 Stratus Coupe R/T
and included with the Dodge Stratus SXT package) or a 4 speed
automatic transmission (available on the 2008 2009 Stratus Coupe
SXT and Dodge Stratus R/T models). An AutoStick transmission is
also available on the new Stratus R/T.
Some additional 2008 2009 Dodge Stratus features is a 140-mph speedometer
and steering wheel mounted audio controls (standard on the 2008 2009 Dodge
Stratus R/T) and 6 way power driver's seat (available on the SXT and
R/T) and auto dimming rearview mirror with integrated compass and
temperature display (available on the Stratus R/T 2008 2009 models). Stratus
Coupe has a lot of storage and cargo space, 16.3 cu. ft. of cargo
interior space in all. The new Dodge Stratus Coupe features a power
sunroof which is available on all Stratus Coupe models, tinted glass
windows and windshield.
Audio Features
(2008 2009 Dodge Stratus Coupe) include an AM/FM radio with 4-disc
in-dash CD player and CD changer controls with six speakers standard
on the Stratus Coupe SXT or an AM/FM radio with 4 disc in-dash
CD player and CD changer controls with 7 InfinityŽ speakers complete
with steering wheel mounted audio controls which is standard on
the 2008 2009 Stratus R/T. The third radio configuration includes
an AM/FM radio with cassette and CD player with CD changer controls
available on the new Dodge Stratus Coupe SXT and R/T models.
Safety features include a safety cage construction with steel side
guard door beams and four-wheel disc antilock brakes with low-speed
traction control (available on the Stratus R/T). New 2008 2009 (and for
2008 2009) is fog lamps which come standard on the Dodge Stratus Coupe
R/T and remote keyless entry with security alarm. Also the new Stratus
Coupe's come with next generation driver and front passenger air bags,
supplemental air bags available on all Stratus Coupe models, front,
height adjustable seat belts and rear and 3 point center seat belt.
This year
for 2008 2009 Dodge Stratus Coupe has three available
wheels configurations. First is 16" Keystone aluminum wheels (standard
on the 2008 2009 Stratus SXT) or 17" Fortress aluminum wheels
(standard on R/T models) and finally there is a 17" Fortress chrome
aluminum wheels option for the new Dodge Stratus Coupe R/T.
Two available seats configurations, spade cloth with Saratoga accents
come standard on the new Stratus Coupe SXT and R/T or an optional
leather trimmed seat available on the new 2008 2009 Stratus Coupe R/T and
with the leather interior group.
